Biography
Tonique is an Avant-garde electronica production & DJ duo from The Netherlands, namely Nick ten Broeke and Thomas Nagel, both only just in their twenties. Their commercial work includes productions and remixes for American rappers, Busta Rhymes, Jadakiss and multi awarded Netherlands rapper Gers Pardoel.
Their music could be called crossover club, mixing all kinds of electronic, Dance, Jazz, and groove influences.The result is unique – avant garde electronica, haunting yet impactive, with commercial overtones. Amongst artists from whom they take inspiration are Porter Robinson, Daft Punk, Groove Armada, Chemical Brothers and Justice.
